Agency Commission: We charge a 20% agency commission in addition to fees from the services billed (hair styling, makeup application including airbrushing and lashes), never from the cost of product, mileage, per diem, hotel and/or travel expenses, PPE costs, or tips. The specific
amount is described in the estimate, contract, and the final billing statement.

 

Destination Weddings outside of Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, or Wisconsin metropolitan area:

• Day rates apply, please request the current CampBride pricelist.

• Travel Expenses Per Artist: All airfare, hotel, transportation if required to and from the venue, and a $50 per diem per day to cover meals is required in addition to the artist’s day rate.

• If the artist(s) must travel more than 2hrs one-way on the day of the wedding services, the client must pay for hotel accommodations the night prior to the wedding. This will ensure quality of services by the artist(s). If the call time on the wedding day for the artist(s) is befor 7am, there will be a $50.00 “early bird” fee included in the final billing for each artist. Bridal rates include communication, billable hours, coordinating & scheduling of artists, trials, and the event day.

• With larger bridal parties, we strongly suggest more artists or divide the hair & makeup services between artists. Ideally, an artist should only have a maximum of 6 or 7 people per hair or makeup to do per bridal party (or 3-4 people for both hair &  makeup) to ensure quality, creativity and timeliness of services. CampBride reserves the right to coordinate the artist count for each contracted wedding.

• Makeup or hair services take about 30 to 45min per person per artist. Both hair & makeup per single artist takes about 60 – 90 min per person.

• Trials will not be booked out more than 3 months from the event date. Exceptions will be granted on a case-by-case basis for clients that reside outside of the CampBride area.

• CampBride does not save dates before a trial unless a signed contract & deposit have been received.

 

Travel: is calculated if the distance to the location is 30 miles or more from the artist's house, with the calculation beginning at mile 1, and is $0.725/mile return trip, plus any tolls that may be accrued. If the artist(s) must travel more than 2hrs one-way on the wedding day to service the wedding and if the call time for the artist(s). This will ensure quality services by the artist(s)

 

Parking: must be covered for all artists to help unload and pack up gear efficiently. The rate is dependent upon each individual hotel/location.

 

Booking CampBride: To book the artist(s) & reserve the wedding date, we require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit upon signing the contract. We do not save wedding dates unless a contract & deposit have been received. The contract will include a final headcount and services
for the day of the wedding.

Payment For Services: Customer agrees to pay to (Kasha, Inc.) DBA, CampBride the amount set forth for the services on the date(s) indicated on the contract. The deposit for CampBride services is a non-refundable deposit to confirm and secure the event date. The final payment is
due 1 week before the event date. We only accept payments (deposit, final, etc) via credit card through the CampBride PayPal invoice.

 

Additional Services Rendered after Final Balance Payment: The customer agrees to pay CampBride the fees set forth in the post wedding final balance for all additional Services beyond that which was agreed upon set forth on services. This final payment is due no later than seven
(7) days after the event date or final invoice is sent.

 

We are not a salon or a spa, we are a talent agency that represents hair & makeup artists for on location styling. Therefore, we do not offer:

 

• hair cutting and/or coloring

• eyelash extensions

• facials, waxing, threading, or any spa body treatments such as wraps, scrubs, or massages.

• manicure and/or pedicure services.

• fake tanning

• permanent makeup services such as lip blushing, or microblading.
